TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At Tar Barrel, we want to ensure that every guest has a fantastic experience while respecting our policies.
We kindly request that you take note of the following terms and conditions to make your visit as enjoyable
as possible.
Please note that we do not accept any 18th or 21st Birthdays, Bucks, or Hens celebrations. If you fail to tell us that you are booking one of these events, your deposit amount will be held and you will be asked to leave the venue.
All groups over 20ppl are considered a function and are required to book as a Function.
To secure your booking, a deposit of $35 per person is required, including all Children. ($45 per person between November and January). Groups over 30ppl will be required to pay a $250 bond and groups over 50ppl will be required to pay a $500 bond. If no damage or misconduct occurs during your function, this will be refunded to you within 5 business days of your function.
An invoice will be sent out to you, and please note that your booking won’t be confirmed until payment is received.
Once payment is received you will be required to select your food options two weeks prior to your function. A menu will be sent to you where you can select from our delicious pizzas, sides, or BBQ boards* (only available Fri, Sat, Sun).
Any cancellations within two weeks of your function will result in a 50% refund and any cancellations within 1 week of your function will result in a 25% refund.
Drinks are offered at bar prices and a bar tab can be arranged on the day. The remaining amount from your deposit once you have selected your food will be applied to your bar tab. Any overdrawn amount on the tab must be paid for at the end of your function.

WE'RE DOG FRIENDLY
We consider ourselves dog lovers at the brewery, as long as you have them on a lead they are more than welcome to join you at the outside tables.
